A brief History of macaron
Our iconic French macaron were not as they appear today, this traditional sweet dish has evolved all around the world to become what we all love to bite in!
The traditional recipe was focused on the almonds taste and it was cook in larger shape than today, looking a lot like a chocolate-deprived cookie. As it got more and more famous Parisians revisited the recipe and started to cook small circle shaped to then fill it with our favorite flavors, going from poppy seeds lemon to roses and thymes or sticking to classic chocolate or almond buttercream.
